We understand that many times we need someones to work for us, there are a larger number of candidates than the position required. That's why we strive to make the selection process as transparent as possible for potential candidates. Our 7 steps recruitment process includes:
- 1. Application:

- 2. Screening:
- We will screen your application based on skills and experience related to the job
- 3. Interview:
- If selected, you will be contacted to schedule an interview.
- 4. Assignment:
- As part of the interview process, you may receive an assignment to further assess your skills
- 5. Decision:
- We will make a decision and let shortlisted candidates know
- 6. Job Offer:
- If you are the successful candidate we will make you a job offer
- 7. Welcome:
- Once the employment contracts have been signed, we will welcome you to our team.
